Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair, skin, or cosmetic products, or on final sale items.

To start a return, email kdbeautyde@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
